COMMUNITY ADMINITRATORS
We make integral owners community management.
We constitute owners communities:
- We write the statutes
- We develop Community rules
- We process the minutes books.
- We obtain the CIF
We manage the neighbors incidents, complaints or suggestions in accordance with the legal regulations and the community statutes. We provide the administrative and/or legal advice necessary to accomplish the issues concerning the community.
We process the Community accounts and manage the collections and payments, by invoice remittance to the owners with the periodicity remainded in meeting, and we also manage the checks or transfers if they proceed.
We process the annually owners meeting in which will present the completed year statement and the expenses budget for the coming year, with neighborhood dues details.
We take care to have in order all the labor and fiscal questions of the employees of the estate. We also intervene as mediators in the issues among the community components when requested, and we attend the regular or extraordinary owners meetings.
